Machine-Applied Gypsum Plastering in London

Straight walls. Smooth finishes. Precision from the start.

Plaster02 provides machine-applied gypsum plastering for internal walls across London. We combine efficient machine application with careful hand finishing to create flat, plumb walls and neat corners.

Suitable for new builds, extensions and full property renovations.

Precise Wall Levelling

A smooth surface does not always mean a straight wall. We use levelling guides and straightedges to control the wall’s alignment and achieve an even surface.

Machine-applied plaster builds up the required thickness on suitable brick and block walls, helping to correct unevenness before decoration.

How We Work

1. Assess and prepare
We check the background and specify suitable preparation and plaster for your walls.

2. Set levelling guides
We establish the wall alignment and fit guides and corner beads where required.

3. Apply and level the plaster
The machine mixes and delivers the plaster. Our team rules it off and carefully finishes the surface by hand.

4. Allow to dry
The plaster must dry fully before suitable paint or other decorative finishes are applied.

Is Machine Plastering Right for Your Project?

Machine application is particularly useful for larger areas, whole-house renovations and new construction.

The right approach depends on the condition of the walls, the specified finish and site access. We assess these details before recommending a system.

Frequently asked questions

Which walls are suitable for machine-applied gypsum plaster?

Suitable internal brick and block backgrounds can be assessed for preparation, thickness and the specified plaster system. We review the substrate before recommending an approach.

Will the walls be level as well as smooth?

We use levelling guides and straightedges to control alignment. Required tolerances and the intended finish are discussed before the work is agreed.

Can the wall be painted immediately?

No. The plaster must dry adequately before a suitable paint system is applied. Drying time depends on the background, thickness and site conditions.
