Digital downloads
This policy applies to downloadable 3D models purchased from Plaster02. No physical return or shipping is required. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changing your mind
Consumers normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel, without giving a reason. For immediate digital supply, we must first obtain your express consent to supply during that period and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right will end when supply begins. Where those requirements are met and confirmed to you, the change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply begins. A download alone does not remove your rights if the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation was missing.
Faulty, missing or incorrect files
Contact us if the archive is corrupt, the download is unavailable, the wrong file was supplied or the model materially differs from its description. Include your order number, the software and version used, and a brief description or screenshot of the problem. Do not send card details.
Where digital content is faulty or not as described, we will provide the remedies required by law. These normally begin with repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where repair or replacement is impossible, or is not provided as required, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which can be a full refund. Your rights concerning damage caused by faulty digital content are also unaffected.

Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we will refund all payments received for the cancelled digital content within 14 days after being informed of the cancellation. Refunds will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. For other remedies, the applicable statutory refund deadline will apply. Bank processing may affect when the refund appears in your account.
